Bespoke Label

Looking for a novel way to promote your business, celebrate an event or raise money for charity? Why not talk to us about having your own bespoke label beer. Minimum order is usually 10 cases, but we are happy to discuss your requirements. You can choose your beer type, bottle cap colour, the beer name, the image or logo used and any wording to promote your event or business details. Of course, we are always on hand to help bring it all together or we can design something based around your ideas.  There are no additional fees, if the label is designed in-house and we do not charge any extra per case of beer. Depending on your choice of beer, the whole process takes ~4-6 weeks from start to finish. So what are you waiting for… get in contact today! To help inspire you, here are some examples of the bespoke labels we have produced:

Business

There is plenty of room on the back of the bottle to include the email, website and/or social media details for your company.

Beerbread.London

We were originally ask to supply a selection of beers to this amazing artisan bakery that produces bread and cakes using beer as a rather novel flavouring! We were so impressed with the idea that we were delighted when we were asked to produce a range of bespoke label beers to go on sales along side the bakery products at the various farmer markets. The business owner, Adam, supplied us with some excellent designs, with the finished product looking rather good don’t you think?

“Late but in Earnest”

Hatfield House

Bob’s Your Uncle is brewed exclusively for the gift shop at Hatfield House. The current Lord Salisbury had a very clear vision of how his ancestor, Lord Robert Cecil (3rd Marquis of Salisbury and Prime Minister three times), should be represented, even down to the shade of blue in the background. It certainly makes our job easier, when clients are so specific!

Elder Street Deli

Not as easy, but definitely more fun… As an existing stockist of our own label beers, the proprietor, Greg, came to us with some great concept ideas. He was generous enough to let us have a play around to produce a bespoke label beer for his business and a range tailored to his customers from the nearby Carver Barracks. These should make a welcome addition to the in-store “beer library”, but we doubt anyone will be returning them from loan!

Events

We love producing beers for special occasions! Our bespoke label bottles are an affordable way of commemorating an event or just making it stand out that little bit extra. This year, we have had a great time working with a couple of the Cambridge University college ball committees. However, the sky’s the limit – our customers include Duxford Airshow, a unit from Carver Barracks, a Napoleonic re-enactment group and a local business hosting a golf day! We have yet to do a wedding, so we’d be delighted to hear from happy couples looking for distinctive wedding favours. Please note, if you require beer for a specific day, it is always best to get in contact as soon as possible, ideally at least 2 months before the event.

Flying Legends

A variation of our popular Saffron Blonde – these bottles were a perfect compliment to the stylish, 1940’s themed Flying Legends Airshow at Duxford in 2015. Our old-style Black Jack was also originally designed for the previous airshow. The beer was both an ideal refreshment on a sunny day and a lovely souvenir that could be taken home or given as a gift.

Commando Ale

Proof that the customer is always right! We were a little bit sceptical the required image was originally sent over from Carver Barracks. However, Commando Ale turned out to be one of the most eye-catching labels we have produced and the end result looked stunning. We look forward to brewing this one again soon…

Girton Ball 2016

Created especially for the Girton College for their 2016 Spring Ball using their “Lost World” themed logo. We love this Aztec design, which worked perfectly for the narrower 330ml bottles. Sadly, the event was cancelled due to unfortunate circumstances. The beer used was Dawn til Dusk, which has proved very popular with the students, given its sensible ABV and great taste!

Churchill Ball 2016

As with Equinox, Six for Gold was our Dawn til Dusk in 330 ml bottles. This amazing label was designed by one of the students to reflect the Art Deco and magpie themes prevalent at the VAULT Ball. The designer in question is looking to build up his portfolio, so happy to take design commissions. If this is of interest, we are happy to make the contacts!

Linton Market

It just goes to show it is Location, Location, Location… we re-labelled some of our Littlebury Lighthouse with some Linton inspired labels and they all sold out within the first half hour of the event. Although, we were positively lucky to find a picture of a wine-drinking lemur, as Linton is the only village in the UK to have a vineyard and a zoo… !!

SEC Golf Day

Trust a PR and Brand Manager to nail it, advertising the company and the event at the same time! The aptly named Hole in One was commissioned by the SEC Group for their annual golf day at The Shires. Cases of beer were offered up as prizes for the winners, but there was enough for each participating customer to take home a bottle at the end of the day..

Charity

We shouldn’t have favour labels to produce, but we do like helping out a good cause. Our trade price per case is suitably competitive that the charities in question are able to sell the beer at supermarket/pub prices to their supporters and still make a very healthy return, whilst at the same time spreading awareness of their cause.

BD 75

We are proud to be part of the charitable efforts to raise £75,000 for national & local charities to mark the continued contribution of Bomb Disposal in previous and current operations. Beer is available to purchase on website –  www.bd75.co.uk

Pipe Dreams

This beer was part of the fund raising efforts for the organ appeal of St Michael’s Church, Bishop Stortford. The pump clip and bottle label were created by local, graphic design firm, Simpsons Creative. If we can’t help you with a label, we’re are sure they can!!

Scramble

Scramble has been commissioned by the Squadron, North Weald to celebrate the 100th Anniversary of the airfield and to raise money for EDFC and & Royal Air Force Association.
